🧭 Zoom Access & Anonymity Guidelines for All Sessions
Dear Participant,
As part of your enrollment in the Care Navigation Program, you will be attending multiple online sessions using a single Zoom Meeting ID. To ensure a smooth and private experience, please follow the steps below:
📲 Step 1: Get Zoom Installed
- Ensure Zoom is installed on your device (computer, tablet, Android, or Mac).
- If you need help, ask a family member, caregiver, or site coordinator to assist with downloading and installing Zoom.
- You can download Zoom from:
🔐 Step 2: Prepare for Anonymity
- Use the display name provided by your site coordinator (e.g., CNJ0009) when joining any session. Do not use your real name.
- Turn off your camera before joining the session.
- Remove or replace your Zoom profile picture if it shows your face or any personal image. Use a neutral icon or leave it blank.
- Do not share personal details during the session unless explicitly requested by a coordinator.
📅 Step 3: Join Any Session
Use the following Zoom credentials for all sessions in the program:
- Meeting ID: 910 0377 1409
- Passcode:
Enter your assigned code name (e.g., CNJ0009) as your display name when prompted.

Join Using a Windows Computer/Laptop
Tip:
Have your Meeting ID, Passcode, and Provided Display Name written down in a notebook or saved on another device for easy access and reference.
🚨 Anonymity Reminder:
All CNP sessions are conducted anonymously.
Use only the display name provided by your site coordinator (e.g., CNJ0009).
Do not use your real name or personal photo.
Keep your camera turned off during all sessions.
