MBC IN THE CARIBBEAN - SPIRITUAL WELLBEING MODULE
Spiritual Wellbeing Module
This module focuses on the critical role of spirituality and faith in building resilience and developing effective coping strategies for individuals navigating a cancer diagnosis. Facilitated by Counselling Psychologist Anderson Kellman, the sessions are designed to help participants utilize their faith principles to improve their quality of life during treatment.
Participants will be guided to identify their personal coping and faith systems, explore mindfulness tools, and discover avenues for self-care and community support. For those facing advanced illness, the module provides a supportive space to address anxieties, live more fully in the present, and find peace.
